Welcome to the board from Southern California!!!!

I had mine in the shop last week and the repair guy, who hardly spoke English, had never hear of the spring problem. He kept saying that he "adjusted" and "updated" my BSR foot. I sat down with the machine, there at the shop, and showed them how it still skipped stitches. The owner of the shop told his repair person to order some springs. Seam he and a couple of the ladies at the shop had hear of this before, but not he repairman (I swear he was making fun of me like I did not know what I was talking about) The son of the owner used to do all the repairs, this other guy is new and I decided I don't like him.
Hope fully the spring will come in next week and I will have them put it on my foot!!!!
