Dr. Oz is a legit guy. He doesn't do 'fad'. So, yes...I think you're in good hands. Another thing I'd add is taking a multivitamin. I scoffed at the idea, because my diet was "not THAT bad!" but it's really made a difference in how I feel. Just regular ole generic women's multi from wal-mart and DHA.

Eliminating the simple sugars and white flour will do WONDERS for your energy as well.
