Good points- I take vitamins also and your advice on simple sugars and flour is right on!!!!!!!! My sister initially eliminated "anything white" and she was a potato freak before. Think of all the white foods and most are very low in value to a healthy diet.
Once she lost the weight she started giving herself the occasional treat and she still looks and feels great
But she also lost her cravings for a lot of the foods that she used to crave :D
