When my SIL was in Chiro college at Palmer in Davenport Ia he took courses and has continued education so he can determine if a patient has a condition that needs to be seen by a medical doctor and he refers people all the time when needed.

Most reputable chiropractors will refer when needed.
Hey Rhonda- my nephew went to the same college!! :D
He is fantastic but unfortunately lives in NY so I don't get to see him a lot. He's a great chiro :) It seemed like school took forever but the results are worth it.
