We are only "somewhat" prepared. I think that so many DO put together great kits and supplies only to let it sit and gather dust and age. If you are inclined to put together what you need...it is a job to keep it current and fresh. A job that you HAVE to do and yes, that is expensive to keep throwing away and replenishing.
