OK, we can do this. This is a 7 x 7 grid with 2 blocks. One block is just 49 squares. The other block is an Ohio star surrounded by small squares. I don't know how to post a picture layout, but just break the star block down into a 9-patch with 4-patches at the corners and you should be able to see it. I don't know what size the original is, but I would guess the small squares are 2 or 3 inches.

WOW! You are good!!! I thought it had some sort of Irish Chain with stars added - Thank You, I will try your suggestions. The size is 82" x 82" - now I'll just have to figure out how much fabric to buy.
