Those seem like strange books for a summer reading list. Your son must be older than I was thinking.

Eat, Pray, Love is OK at best in my opinion and I can't see a kid plowing through it.

Mao is pretty good if you are a bio nut which I am. Does the poor child even know who Mao is??
