This is wrong. Ebay will take care of her. I had a problem once with a seller on ebay. A long story but they essentially stole something from me and then sold it on ebay with my name still imprinted on it. It's very funny to find your stolen item listed on ebay when you are looking there to replace it!!
Ebay booted them big time.
