Make sure your account wasn't actually charged the $60.00 and not the $40.000 that you requested. Even if the machine only offers $20.00 or $40.00.
It is a shame that with modern technology we have such problems. So much for how great computer systems are. In the 'olden' days .... well, things were sometimes so much easier.
