I do believe that we all have a good attitude going into a LQS because we have saved up or need that special thing for a project. But when a customer comes into ANY LQS they should be acknowledged right then and there. When we aren't well it goes down hill from there. We don't feel like we matter. There are some people that shouldn't even own a business. From all the comments, it still holds true. I do feel all your pain but I believe that those shops need to have letters sent to them about their rudeness. Who knows how many other letters they get?? It might change their ways?????????
