Yay so I finished the binding on this sucker today at the BBQ!!! I did each square as a crazy quilt style with a fussy cut care bear at the center. I sashed all the blocks together with care bear fabric and used the solid yellow for the borders. The back is a flannel I found that had absolutely nothing on it saying it was official care bear fabric but it had all the colors and cool stars with faces that just matched so well. I binded it---THANK YOU REIN FOR THE HELP!!!--the first thing I've officially binded and with the care bear fabric too! Can't wait to see little Hailey's face when she gets it! She saw the fabric before I had much done and wanted to take her blanket home with her then...hopefully a year later ( i'm horrible i know) she'll still want it!! I embroidered a little message for her on the bottom right hand corner in lieu of a label. It says to Hailey made with love and my initials. I figure this way she can always prove it's hers to her little sister Cayden.
