I've been using the Neosporin, at the recommendation of the doc, since it was such an open wound. It seems to be working, but I didn't know if it would help with the suppleness of the healing or not. I'm almost unable to bend at the knee now.
My DH says I need to be careful too. The last time I fell I hit my HEAD on a rock. And the time after that there was a rattlesnake blocking the trail. Maybe I should stick to embroidery and quilting, huh?
