I don't remember exactly where it is, it's been so long, but in the middle of the city is a free garden by the deaf school that has life size topiaries of Georges Seurat’s painting A Sunday Afternoon on the Isle of La Grand Jatte.

(your post reminds me that when we were redoing our bathrooms all we could find around here were those low water toilets. One thing we do not need to do is conserve water, so we'd drive up to Windsor at the Home Depot up there and get a regular toilet. The salesman told us they sell a lot of them to Americans)
