My menu seldom changes for unexpected company and feeds a lot of people, usually w/leftovers:
Empty a bottle of italian dressing in a large bag of frozen chicken tenders and refrigerate overnight. They will be thawed and marinated by cooking time the next day and cook quickly on the grill along with hot dogs.
A box of Hungry Jack potatoes w/mayo, mustard, relish and seasonings makes a decent potato salad
Bagged salad
Canned baked beans
Dessert from the closest store.
