Just made these today...really nice and freeze well

3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c oil
1 egg
1/2c sour milk or buttermilk
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 t soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 c nuts
1 c finely chopped rhubbake 400 20-25 minutes
