In the Bible it says no one knows the hour or the day. Whenever I am worrying or anxious I just ask God to take it away and he always does. He never fails me. AND I don't watch shows that make me that upset. It's not worth me loosing a precious minute to worry. We are all so fortunate and have so much to be thankful for all we have to do is open our eyes and look around. My great-grandmother used to say "when you're worried, get a cup of tea, sit a spell and count your blessings. Then get up and get back to work." I try to live by that motto.
