Some things to think about:

It is much more difficult to obtain the domain name you want than it is to obtain the business name you want. You are in competition with the entire dot com world for a domain name and just the state of TN for the business name. If you want to have your URL reflect your business name, register that one first.

It is possible to check for availability of domain names, but it is not a smart thing to do until you are actually ready to register it. The mere search for a specific name, either via a registrar or even by Googling it, can spark someone else to register it and then try to sell it back to you at a much inflated price.

Also, your business name should reflect your "brand", the image you want to portray to the buying public of who you are and what you do. Decide what you want that image to be and who you want to draw to the business. Innovative? Exciting? Friendly? Helpful? Unique? Old Fashioned? What do you want the first reaction to be when someone hears the name or walks in the store for the first time? And don't forget easy to spell...like how many ways has your name been spelled so far in this thread??

You can set tags with most of the search engines so that you do not have to have 'fabric' or 'quilt' in your name to be included in a search for fabrics or quilts..

One more thing to remember...pretty much everyone with internet access has the ability to read this message board and the names suggested for your business. You should probably think twice about announcing what it is going to be called until after you have registered both the domain name and the business name, but that's strictly my own personal opinion.

Sorry, didn't mean to run on so much. All the best on your journey.
