Please Alu - do research on your diet. Yes, we all need water, but not just water - it would trick your body to think it is in starvation mode and you will end up gaining BIG TIME when you do have food. Eating 6 SMALL meals a day will actually help you lose MORE weight FASTER, Starches, sugar, dairy products are the culpret. Eat more fruits and veggies (fresh) PLEASE do not JUST drink water.
