Choose flowers and leaves that lay flat-use pre-treated for dying fabric. Make an arrangement and put masking tape over the parts. Hammer the heck out of it on a cutting board or wood surface. The flower juice should stain easily. Let dry. You can heat set up it may change the colors. This is not highly washable project. Several book out with detailed instructions, check the library.
