I could live without a cell phone. I have one but rarely use it and have it for mostly emergencies. Yet, people can't understand why I don't want them to call me on the cell just to chat. The rest of my list:
-- tobacco products of all kinds
-- those automated answering machines businesses use that make you hold forever and won't let you talk to a person
-- spandex, which a) does not make you look thinner, but instead clings to all your rolls and b) does not "wick away" sweat well enough to deal with mine
-- vinyl siding, which is uglifying the nation
-- carpeting made from petroleum products
-- comfort shoes, which are unjustifiably ugly. Just make beautiful shoes in sizes that fit real people's feet properly.
-- pen grippers - they make the pen
harder to hold?
-- business suits, nylons, all that goes with them
