Keepsake's shipping rates are clearly stated on their website and are based on the purchase amount of each order. There is no way you could have been charged more for shipping than for your fabric even if you live abroad. They are a generous entity here in New Hampshire and are responsible community citizens. Their staff, both in-store and on-line, go out of their way for each and every customer. The store is totally awesome so if you are ever in this part of the country. do plan to visit.
