in fons and porters magazine they did a garden windows quilt with two large print fabrics. the center square was actually 2 HST of the large florals. then they were each sashed with cornerstones. then you lay it out in a light/dark pattern. i made one in purples and greens for my king sized bed. i made 120 squares in a couple of days. Elinor Burns garden trellis pattern would also be great.
