Added: Think quilted pillow sham, turn one inside out and look at it, it has an inner lining ( the batting does not show) and a split backing to hold the pillow in.In this case for the quilt it would be solid not split. Hope this helps :-D :-D :-D

If you put the Cowboys fabric face down on the muslin and sew and then turn it, won't the Cowboys fabric cover the denim side? Seems like it would to me. Or am I thinking backwards? (That's been known to happen!)
