I use it sometimes. I like it for pressing block seams. I had to take it back for a replacement three times until I found one with the correct cord twist. The wrong twist direction and the iron will not stay in the upright position when set down. Also for some reason, the iron has to be heated up several times before it will reach max temp. After that it will get very hot every time. Seems many were returned because they wouldn't get hot enough. One sentence on the package would have saved all the returns. Reminds me of the time I was given a whole case of expensive ink pens by the store manager who said these pens won't work! He didn't know to scribble several times before the ink flowed. LOL.
