I would do pretty stationary with stamps.....or some type of special food she buys?

Before my own mother left us, I stole her address book, and carefully addressed
letters to folks I knew she wrote to often, and stamped them. Also put in a lot of
lovely matching, lined note paper. (Before e-mail became popular.)
She really did like this, since she wrote a letter nearly every day.
