I suggest you do the essential house work to make it a healthy environment. No point on going insane cleaning, because tomorrow it will be dirty again. The weeds can always wait. the way I see it, they will always grow back. I am sure soon you will have better weather to do it. Take care of yourself and your husband and the rest will eventually get done when is important.
