That is where the tut for doing the HST's Amma. What a great tut and great, quick method to make them. It is still in my head and I want to do a quilt using this method.

ok, I watched this method, and thought it to be a nice alternative, but how would you know what size starting squares you would use to end up with say 5.5" HST??
