Our shelter mama cat had that problem and we were told to mix pumpkin (not pie mix just regular canned pumpkin) in her food and it really worked after a couple of days. We mixed it with a tiny bit of wet cat food and she ate it right down. Now she is back on regular dry food and doing well. If I can figure out how to post a picture of her I will.
