I have three of her patterns. I don't pay any attention to her measurements as I don't use what she does. I pick my own. If you have stash you don't have to worry...Just pick out an amount that you would like in your quilt. You only need1.5 yards for the border and about the same for the background. I know it's less but to be on the safe side. Those are the only two that you would want to keep check on. The rest is scrap and color.
