I have a cutter that the blade comes out when you put pressure on it. I can't find a name on the handle. :(
It is blue with black padding on each side and can be used left or right. It has a switch for light and heavy fabric and a locked position. I tend to leave it open all the time since I don't see how it can cut me by accident.
