I can't tell you anything about this but was told that a lady had a zebra print that the black ran, and she used this and got all of the black out of the white. I have a quilt I am going to use this on. I couldn't find this soap around here, but I found it on Ebay and ordered a bar. Anything is worth a try. Gerbie.
Fels Naptha used to be pretty hard to find. I know my mom always got it at an Amish store. It will do a lot of amazing things, you can even make a paste and apply it to dry up poison ivy/oak, it will take out grass stains, blood, etc.
