Don't laugh! I've used fusible fleece along with decor bond interfacing. What I do is put the fleece on the outside fabric and the decor bond on the lining fabric. It gives it a little more body. So I quilt the outside, but not the inside when I do this.
I have also by mistake used both. It came out alright, but it sure was thick to sew. :)
