Zucchini Pineapple Bread
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. chopped nuts
Beat eggs until fluffy, add sugar, vanilla and oil.
Then stir in zucchini. Fold in dry ingredients,cup of
pineapple, and nuts. Mix well
Bake in two greased loaf pans.
325* for 1 hour.
This is real good.
