I don't care for 'cheap'...but the others? Sure, I would categorize myself in all of them at one time or another.

The MAJORITY of my clothing, for example, (excluding underthings/socks/plain White T's) comes from Goodwill. Mostly because I PREFER to shop there, because I don't NEED any clothes. My work 'uniform' is white button-down shirt and black slacks. And they get dirty and used looking. I refuse to spend more than 3.50 for pants and 2.50 for a top for work.

The rest of my clothes, though I buy there because I find things that I LIKE. Colors, styles, more unique and certainly from a wider variety of stores than I would normally shop at, as clothing shopping is not an excitement.

As to other expenses, I try not to be penny-wise and pound foolish, you know? That mentality causes a lot of issues with people and their perception of money, IMHO.
