ah, the heck with it all...if you enjoy your neighbor,be with her. I was in a guild for a year and felt the same way. The pieces that they produced were unbelievable. You learn from them and when your interest is low, being there kick starts your projects. Who says you have to have everyone welcome you. It certainly would be lovely but it does not happen. Be there because you want to be...ignore the snobs and enjoy the views and the knowledge gained.
