A long time ago I made my first afghan which my FIL loved after he died my SIL used it on the floor of her car for the dog so her carpet didn't get dirty! I was so upset at the time but them I got thinking both my FIL and the dog enjoyed the quilt and how sad it is to not be appreciative of the love that goes into handmade gifts.Some people just don't get it but that is their loss.Keep on making gifts of love!
