I have found that alot of the people working at wallmart are rude and no help. In fact on day I got so upset I asked there headcashier what had happened to customer service sence Sam Walten died. Not the most pilite move. I have worked in retail most of my adult life and I know some customers are really upsetting but thats no reason to take it out on everone else. If I ever ran my own shop my number one rule is be nice to the customers not matter what. If you can't get someone else to work with them, and if you don't know an answer find someone who does and stick around for the answer so next time you do know. I'm glad I'm not the only person who feels customer service has been forgoten.
