even when i worked nights i had trouble sleeping in the mornings, on days off i would still start my day early, sleeping in is 6:30am...
in my family (mom-siblings) i am the only morning person, the othe 6 people all believe no day should start before noon, my daughter is that way too...by the time they are ready to start their day i've already put in 7 hours normally.
I know what you mean. Only one of my kids is a morning person she gets up around 6:30 or so. When she was younger she got up at 3 it was like clock work The other 2 sleep until noon or later if I let them. Hubby sleeps til 10 on the weekends. Even when I go to bed late like after 11 or so I still wake up around 4. Just the I'm wired.
