I so agree - quilting is definitely my therapy. I have said that for years. I quilt with a radio, tape or nothing - no TV in the quilt room. I like a candle burning sometimes. I love to read but have never tried audio tapes and don't have any desire to 'read' books by tape. When I sew at our property two hours from home I do watch TV while I quilt - or go out on the deck and quilt with the turkeys!
