I purchased them years ago and find them very helpful when you are doing a project that requires a lot of different color variation of a thread color
They sell them at Threads n More, they call them Bobbin Match Mates, 12 for $1.99 under Tools and Notions.

You can also store your bobbins on a regular thread rack by placing the bobbin on first.
