I won't ever shop at Best Buy. The first time I ever bought something there & had a prob. with it, I returned it to the service desk. Before I could even explain my prob. he wanted to chg. me $85 just to even pick it up off the counter. I've heard so many bad things about that place since that I just stay away from it.
