I bought the laptop and was told I could upgrade to Windows7 when it came out. When I tried to get the upgrade, I needed a copy of my sales receipt. I went back to the store and they looked it up on the computer, gave me a copy, and I got my upgrade.
I got really ticked at them one time. I went in and told the clerk at the counter I wanted a scanner to digitize my photo slides. He kindly told me that my camera could be attached to my computer and the photos transferred so I didn't need a scanner. I then told him he was the stupidest clerk I'd ever run across.
