We have our rolling mountains, suburbs, and big city. Just like any other state.
I also get the impression that people think we are all rich. Not true, but certainly wish it was! LOL
I am from New York State orginally ... everytime I tell people that where I am orginally from .. I get the same thing , all they think about are tall buildings , lots of traffic , and rude behavior.
They are stunned when I tell them about mountains, finger lakes, agriculture.... Lots of poeple think its concrete from one end of the state to the other.
And I was from Western New York ... not upstate!
