Thank you for this link! This is what I have been looking for. It's not that expensive at all for what it does. DH says it looks like a miniature circular saw blade sharpener.
Rotary blades are like housework, you have to clean a clean house to never have housework and you have to sharpen a sharp blade to never have a dull blade.
