I posted a machine with the Lavincendora decals with the Indian Star. Billy said they were rare.

The La Vincedora with Indian Star is very rare; the one you posted is the only one I've ever seen. However, La Vincedora Model 28/128 are fairly common. I have had several. I do think it's a beautiful decal!!
I have a 15-30 with Sphinx decal and Indian Star. They surface occasionally, but are not what I would call common. Right now, there are 2 in the house; mine and one I picked up for a girlfriend.
