Yea; it's definitely therapy. When My dad & father in law were both in the hospital dyeing I thought I was going crazy.
During the first week I ran over to the fabric store across the street & bought some cheater fabric to make my FIL a lap quilt. I made the sandwich that night & started hand quilting on it the next day. It went with me as I went from on room to the other & took care of my MIL ( she has alsimers. (sp?) As We lost one great man then the other my hands stayed busy & my mind calm.
I still have the quilt in a frame. It's about half way done. I work on it when I go to any Dr.'s office while sitting in a waiting room.
