This Bohin marking pencil is my favorite so far. I mark as I quilt, not the whole quilt top at once. I mark as much of the quilt as will fit in the hoop and these marking last until I've finished that section. By the time I've quilted it most of the markings will have disappeared by themselves. I don't machine quilt, so I don't know how it will work for that.
