I'm in the same situation where I live. I can return to my quilting class 1 evening a week this fall but that's the only group I'm aware of. None of my friends my age (46) are quilters and the most common comment I hear is "you quilt???" I think there may be a couple of groups who meet at churches but they are usually morning get-togethers and that doesn't work with my work schedule. I've read some pretty good advice on this posting though and maybe I'll try a few things. I'm not shy and I'd be more then willing to host meetings at my house. It'd make me clean house which would be a good thing! LOL
