Worrying about stuff is like riding a rocking chair, it gives you something to do but doesn't get you anywhere. If you find yourself spending lots of time worrying one way you can get over it is to designate a chair the "worry chair" and you're only allowed to worry if your sitting in that chair. If you find yourself worrying in some other spot in the house go immediately to the worry chair. It doesn't take long before you find the time spent in the worry chair really could be better spent doing something constructive and useful.
