I seriously try not to be and usually succeed. When I was 45, pregnant and had 7 high risk factors my best friend said, "You enjoy being pregnant since it will be your only time to do so. I'll do the worrying for you. Besides, you aren't good at it and I am." So that's what we did. I enjoyed, she worried, dd grew, everything was okay. I worry more now that I have a child than I ever did before.
